Bio

Jessica Fransen is a 2022 graduate of Belmont University College of Law where she was a member of Belmont’s Board of Advocates Healthcare Transactions team for two years, competing in regulatory FDA and fraud and abuse competitions. Jessica first joined the Buerger, Moseley, and Carson team as a law clerk in 2021 and then as an associate upon graduation. Jessica primarily practices in health care operations law, assisting hospitals throughout the United States in matters concerning peer review, credentialing, fair hearings, EMTALA, Joint Commission accreditation standards, board and medical staff bylaws, and various contractual issues. Jessica received her Bachelor of Science in Law, Justice, and Society with an Emphasis in Conflict Management from Lipscomb University in 2018.
