Employment Law and Litigation
The attorneys at Buerger, Moseley & Carson advise public and private employers related to a variety of human resources issues, including claims of employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, employee free speech and whistleblower issues. Government/Municipal Law and Litigation
Buerger, Moseley & Carson has served as counsel for Williamson County, Tennessee for almost forty years. The firm also represents other public sector entities including the Williamson County Industrial Development Corporation, the Public Building Authority of Williamson County, the Sports Authority of Williamson County. Our litigation team also represents small governmental entities, first responder organizations and volunteer fire departments across the state.
We assist local governments in compliance with open meeting requirements and responding to open records requests. We have provided counsel on impact fee and privilege tax matters. Our firm provides legal representation concerning government contracts, employment issues, local code enforcement, highway and road matters, and law enforcement issues of all kinds. We assist with drafting and amending local ordinances and resolutions, and advise elected and appointed officials on questions concerning ethics, conflicts of interest, referendums, elections, and a variety of other subjects.
