Bio
Kenneth J. Young obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi and his law degree from Nashville School of Law. Ken concentrates his practice in the areas of business transactions, corporate formation and governance, emergency communications districts regulations, industrial development bond financing and PILOT programs, and non-profit/tax-exempt entities. Ken provides advice to exempt organizations regarding entity formation, tax-exemption applications, mergers, dissolutions, qualifications for tax exemption, governance concerns, fiscal sponsorship, self-dealing, public support, and unrelated business income. In his spare time he enjoys participating in triathlons and playing indoor and outdoor soccer. Ken lives in Franklin with his wife and two children.
